Contact 6E Club: Answers Now, Inbox Coming Soon

Updated · Help from the 6E Club web app

Condor carrying an envelope for the Contact 6E Club page

You may want to contact 6E Club about a sign-in problem, a step in a guide that looks wrong, or an app that copies the 6E Club name. This page tells you exactly what works today and what to do while our inbox is still being set up.

The short answer: most web app problems are solved on the phone itself within a few minutes, and copycat scams should go straight to the government cyber crime portal.

Why There Is No Address on This Page Yet

Right now this site has no email address, no phone number and no WhatsApp line. That is not an oversight. We would rather show nothing than show an inbox that nobody reads. When a working address is ready, it will be added here, on this page, and nowhere else first.

It also helps to know what an inbox could do for you. Your account, coins and Club level are stored only on your own phone, so nobody here can see them, reset a password or bring back a deleted account. A message to us would not change that. The fixes in the next section are usually faster.

Your Question and Where to Look

Match your question to a row below. The 6E Club self-help fixes for common app problems cover most of what people would write in about.

Reporting a Copycat App, Page or Number

Other apps, websites, Telegram groups and phone numbers use the 6E Club name to ask for deposits, "gift code" fees or OTPs. This site does none of those things, so anything that does is not us. We cannot take these down ourselves, but the authorities can act on your report.

  • Lost money or shared a PIN or OTP? Call the cyber fraud helpline 1930 as soon as you can. Quick reports give the best chance of freezing a transfer. Then call your bank.
  • Want to report without a call? The National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal takes written complaints online. Add screenshots, the website address, the phone number and any UPI ID you were given.
  • Someone is collecting money for a scheme? You can also tell the RBI through the Sachet portal for illegal money schemes.

Keep the chats and screenshots, but do not reply to the scammer or pay a "recovery agent" who promises to get money back. That is often the same group trying a second time.

The First-Contact Rule

Nobody from 6E Club will ever call you, text you, add you to a group or message you on social media first. This site has no reason to want your mobile number, an OTP, a UPI PIN, a payment or a screen-sharing app. If a call or message starts that way, it is not from this site, even if the caller knows your username.

Until the inbox opens, the best way to reach the answers is through the guides. Start from the 6E Club free colour game home page and pick the topic you need.
